It's not glitched. It's most likely not finished or it's bugged out because you're doing something wrong. =P

Screen shots will be needed for process to be reviewed by a coder or the owner.

its not bugged, it's just that you have to stand on the exact spot next to the stall in order to thiev it

it should be all around the stall but its not :s
