How long have you been playing AstheniaPk?: Before it came out..
Why would you make a good mod on AstheniaPk? I've been MOD on a previous server made by the owner 'boomer' which was good..therefore I have experience with 'boomer'.. and know how he wants his staff to behave. I am also helpful and respectful.
Your best friend is online, and he/she breaks a few rules:  I would Inform another member of staff. Rules are rules and they apply to every player even STAFF... So they would be penalized.
Past know-how in dealing with staff positions?: I have been every staff position including owner on a numerous amount of servers therefore I have the experience with dealing with staff positions.
